Roasted Vegetable Rice Salad

  • 1 3/4 cups water

Guidelines
  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line jelly-roll pan with aluminum foil. Toss zucchini, red pepper, corn, garlic, 1 tablespoon oil and a couple of teaspoons Knorr Rooster Taste Bouillon on pan. Roast, stirring as soon as, 35 minutes or unless greens are smooth.
  2. In The Meantime, heat ultimate 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat in 2-1/2-quart saucepan and prepare dinner rice, stirring incessantly, 2 minutes or until golden.
